Here, tour operators/schools are able to request binding reservations. After submitting your request, we will first check availibility and confirm by email, if possible. Please be aware that a request is not automatically a guranteed booking. We would kindly ask for your understanding that processing might be delayed due to the high demand of requests we receive. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Info: Here you are able to select your preferred date and entrance time in the castle. Please note that reserved tickets have to be picked up at our Ticket-Center at least 90 minutes (Neuschwanstein Castle) / 60 minutes (Hohenschwangau Castle) prior to the confirmed admission and only on the day of visit. If you would like to visit multiple institutions, the preferred entrance time refers to the admission time of the first visit. Additional admissions follow in suitable intervals. Furthermore, please select your language for the guided tour, your desired ticket/combination as well as the number and type of tickets.
The reservation fee is included in the listed prices (Single tariffs: € 2,50 per ticket, Group tariffs € 1,50 per ticket).

In order to guarantee your reservation, you have to provide valid credit card details here. Payment is generally made directly at the Ticket-Center when you pick up your reserved tickets. If you fail to pick up your tickets on time or fail to meet the cancellation deadline of 24 hours prior to the tour, your credit card will be charged double the amount of the reservation fee per ticket booked (groups: 3,00 € per ticket; individuals: 5,00 € per ticket).
